Privacy at a glance
We collect only the data strictly required to deliver flowers to your door — name, address, email, and the contents of any note you would like sent. We keep this information for as long as German tax law requires us to (eight years), and not a day longer.
Our newsletter is sent via Buttondown; analytics are handled in-house on a cookie-less basis. We never sell or share your data with third parties. To request a full copy or deletion of your data, write to us at any time.
Terms of service
Orders placed before 14:00 are delivered the same day within Berlin (€ 9 flat, free above € 80). Stems are guaranteed fresh for seven days from delivery; should anything wilt earlier, we will replace the bouquet without question.
Subscriptions renew weekly and may be paused or cancelled from your account, or by writing a single line to the studio. We accept Visa, Mastercard, SEPA direct debit, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Shipping & returns
Berlin · same day, delivered by our own cyclists between 11 – 19h.
Brandenburg & Potsdam · next morning by refrigerated courier.
Germany & EU · 1 – 2 days by Fleurop network partners.
Bespoke and bridal · delivered in person, by appointment.
Cut flowers are exempt from the standard EU right of return (§ 312g BGB), however we replace any unsatisfactory order at our own cost — this has been our standing policy since 2014.
Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We prefer to resolve any disagreement directly and personally — please write to us first.
